Assisting painter with set up/ take down, taping off, sanding and back rolling. Applicants must be self directed, self motivated and have a valid drivers license. A typical shift is between 7am -330 pm you maybe asked to work beyond these hours. You must have a good work ethic and take pride in your work. Good attendance is required. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Use power tools and equipment to sand, scrape, and prime surfaces
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate painting of structures
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing painting tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding specifications
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to use power tools and equipment safely
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required

Note: Maintenance Person skill, airless paint spraying, brush and roll skills are considered a plus but not mandatory for this position.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
