Lee's Color Studio is searching for highly motivated and self directed individuals to join our growing team, servicing Manitowoc and the surrounding counties with industrial/commercial painting, sandblasting, concrete polishing, drywall finishing and epoxy flooring. A valid driver's license and experience preferred, but would be willing to train the right candidate. Lee's Color Studio offers competitive wage and benefits package, including health, dental, vision, short term disability, paid vacation and paid holidays after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- Apply paint to various surfaces, including drywall, metal, wood, and plastic
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working in construction settings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in painting processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
