Responsibilities:

• Lead the store's daily operations
• Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities
• Actively lead team and individuals to achieve sales goals
• Utilize A-Lane for vehicle appraisals
• Accurately complete all financing paperwork and submit to financing sources
• Prepare and execute paperwork and contracts for vehicle delivery
• Excel in customer satisfaction performance
• Work and collaborate with other team members and departments

Requirements:

• A stellar automotive sales background
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
