Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in ADP payroll and a strong working background in MS Excel.
Role: Accounting/Payroll Specialist (Direct Hire)
Pay: $63,000-$66,000
Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Premise: Provide support to accounting and payroll team.
Principle Duties:
Process bi-weekly payroll
Track and administer PTO
Work with HR to manage payroll deductions for benefit plans
Ensure confidentiality related to payroll and benefit information submitted to accounting.
Upload 401(k) deferral files
Support 401(k) testing, reporting and calculations for employee matching contributions.
Assist with payroll related budgets
Support the Director of Finance and Accounting Supervisor as needed
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelors degree preferred)
3 years of relevant experience
Experience in ADP required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet daily/monthly/annual deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft office products (Excel and Word)
