The Impact Team is in a particularly exciting phase of growth and is looking for an Impact Coordinator to join in a crucial support role. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, sustainability, and building purpose-driven brands and organizations, thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment, is highly organized and driven, and has strong communication and writing skills.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide client service administration support, such as attending meetings, handling scheduling, logistics, notes and follow-up actions.
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, working in close collaboration with colleagues, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
Assist with drafting, writing, and editing internal and external materials including workplans, project decks, research reports, client strategies, and more.
Conduct research to support project planning and strategy.
Track social impact, brand purpose, ESG, SDG, and related news and share updates with the team and across the firm.
Participate in new business efforts including research, proposal and pitch preparation.
Support agency-wide impact and social purpose efforts.
Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Manage team administrative duties, such as scheduling, internal processes, and internal communications.
Manage lead executive’s calendar, expenses, travel, meeting briefs, and timely requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 - 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a social impact environment (e.g., agency, social enterprise, NGO, private sector sustainability, or social impact role)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, International Development, Economics, Sustainability, or related field, or other demonstrated experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva and Adobe preferred
Creative, driven, highly organized, detail-oriented
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills
Proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a desire to learn
Reliable and able to meet deadlines and prioritize
Strong writing, proofreading and researching skills
Professional, confident and mature demeanor
Strong interest in the social impact sector
