You’ll work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality LED displays. Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician

• Assemble and manufacture products in conformance to quality requirements using hand tools, power tools, and high-speed automation equipment across one or more work cells
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete work tasks
• Provide process feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes
• Enter inventory transactions in ERP system
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet goals
• Follow all safety requirements
• Support 5S program by ensuring your work cell complies with standardized layout
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to be trained in specific skill sets as needed (e.g., soldering, electronic assembly, machining, injection molding)
• Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
• Self-motivated
• Close visual focus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout shift
