B2B Order Processing – Project

We have an on-site, long-term interim opportunity for a B2B Order Processing Project in Stratham, NH! Our manufacturing client is looking for someone to provide office support for their B2B sales team full-time for approximately 9 months. If you have previous administrative experience and strong data entry skills, join the team in a fast-paced, friendly culture!

Responsibilities of the B2B Order Processing – Project

• Perform data and order entry
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with the shipping department on customer orders
• Prepare reports on budgets, sales, etc.
• Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the B2B Order Processing – Project

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of similar experience in a support role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
