We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join our dental family. The Patient Coordinator will start on a part-time basis (Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays) and increase to full time as the practice grows.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide exceptional first impression for arriving patients, and a memorable last impression for patients checking out
• Answer phone calls and questions with courtesy and professionalism
• Manage schedule to support practice productivity and minimize cancellations/no-shows
• Assess patient insurance coverage/eligibility for treatment procedures
• Handle payment from patients in accordance with procedures performed and coverages
• Support practice marketing efforts, including outreach to the community
• Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• High school degree
• Prior experience as Patient Coordinator for dental/medical clinic
• Fluency in Spanish
• Excellent patient management and customer service skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, and collaborative attitude
• Adept at working with a multi-disciplinary team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
