Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with other educators to ensure student success. Must be able to drive the 15 passanger van.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational strategies

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities

- Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance

- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive activities

- Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Valid teaching certification or license

- Experience working with students in a school setting

- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process

- Familiarity with literacy education strategies

- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
