The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for aligning customer wants and needs with operational and financial business objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights to analyze and understand customer wants, needs and drivers of retention using a variety data points from touring, enrolled, and disenrolled families.
  • Based on data and feedback, represent and advocate for the needs of the customer in the development of new company programs and/or processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback, improving overall customer retention.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation on retention-based marketing programs.
  • Support the development and deployment of customer feedback surveys.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer experience, consumer insights, media or marketing role required. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite required.

  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Capable of applying critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in leveraging data, insights and business understanding to optimize, solve problems and influence decisions.
  • Capable of working independently and in an action-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and remain flexible to changing priorities.
