What You’ll Do:

As a BCBA at Learning ARTS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of talented professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments
  • (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and direct support
  • staff.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress towards treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and
  • generalization of skills across various environments.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-
  • driven decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to promote professional
  • development and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and services
  • provided.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a
  • related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with autism.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis and experience in
  • conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide decision-making and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team
  • members, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
