Summary:

As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and drive informed business decisions. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining our financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role will report directly to the CFO. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders promptly.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments. Your key responsibility will be translating their business strategies into financial models, demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to the company's overall success.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and other key metrics. The ability to understand and forecast all three financial statements is a must. 
• Understand lending agreements, oversee compliance covenants, and consistently communicate with lending partners. 
• Oversee Treasury and collaborate with Controller to process AP based on the 13-week cash flow.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of different business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within FP&A and the organization.
• Manage and mentor FP&A analysts (if applicable).
• As the FP&A Manager, we expect you to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A. This commitment to continuous learning is crucial for your success in this role and for the overall growth of our company.
• Support the CEO and CFO with the analysis of M&A opportunities. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• A strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial reporting is a plus.
