Electrical-Installer/laborer

Primary Duties:

• Must be able to pull cable through commercial buildings.
• Low voltage wiring inside and outside commercial buildings.
• Unload and load materials
• Operating power equipment and tools
• Light demo work, carrying items to trash containers, spotter for lifts and other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to travel from location to location
• Must have own hand tools and toolbox (wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, wire cutter, etc.)
• Must adhere to company policies, safe work practices and work requirement

Education: High School Diploma or GED with preferred vocational or other technical school, certification, training, or apprenticeship beyond high school. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA-70E, IEEE, ANSI, and other applicable standards.

Experience: Entry level- wire pulling, bending conduit.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials
• Standing for prolonged periods of time
• Frequent bending and squatting
• Ability to work on step ladders and extension ladders
• Travel - approximately 75%
