As our Quality Production Manager extraordinaire, you'll groove to the rhythm of a full-time gig, working a sweet 8-hour shift, five days a week. We've got your work-life balance tuned to perfection.

You're not just a manager; you're the champion of our Quality-First culture, leading the charge to grow our Quality Assurance team to epic proportions. And, oh, the thrill of overseeing the Corrective Action Process, fostering a vibe of continuous improvement throughout the company! You issue and manage non-conformance reports with the precision of a guitar solo.

Calibration system maintenance? It's your jam. You own the stage when it comes to leading the Material Review Board. When it's showtime for developing in-process inspection plans and rocking those standard audits, you're the star of the show.

Collaboration is in your DNA. With Production Leadership, you compose magnificent mitigation and corrective action plans. You set the tempo for priorities, ensuring our operations stay in sync. And when it's time to connect with customers, you're the lead singer in the band, understanding and nailing any issues to make it right. In the spotlight with the Leadership team, you help orchestrate the deployment of our new ERP/MES system. Your encore is never-ending because every day brings a fresh performance.

TO TRULY SHINE IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED:

• Dedication to invest time and effort in project success
• Strong experience with CMM programming
• Expert understanding of AS9100 requirements
• Expert understanding of ANSI/ASME Y14.5-2018
• The ability to think outside the box and apply creative solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Solidworks experience is a strong plus!
