Product Design

We are looking for an Associate Product Designer who can take complex product requirements and turn them into intuitive customer-centric experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the design director and lead designers to design new and existing products and features
• Collaborate and problem-solve with designers, product managers, and developers
• Create customer-centric experiences using user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Produce design specifications and interaction documentation for developers
• Present your designs with confidence and effectively explain your design decisions and rationale to designers, product managers, and developers
• Work on multiple projects with various levels of UX engagement, timelines, and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/digital design, visual communications, or related field of study
• Experience in the field of software product design
• Experience creating user flows, interactions, and interfaces for web applications
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and research methodologies
• Proficient in using industry design and prototyping tools
• Understanding of front-end web development, including CSS and HTML
• Strong attention to detail
