Duties:
•Work independently in client homes within the scope of nursing practice
•Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
•Accurate documentation of all nursing care activities
•Work with agency RN to oversee and manage clients
•Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for caregivers, including orientation, ongoing education, and skills enhancement.

Requirements:
•Current LPN license
•CPR certification
•Must be at least 18 years of age
•1 year experience in senior care
•Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
•Ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members, medical professionals, and others working with families and clients
•All employment is contingent upon a completed background check.
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
