Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Data Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in the Phoenix-Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and visualization, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to uncover insights from data and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others to create dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers within datasets.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and business operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or organizational setting.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional Python or R experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Experience with data manipulation and querying using SQL or similar languages.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
