Do you have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Then this delivery driver/ packaging technician position could be a great fit for you!

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for the safe and secure transport of products to our wholesale customers as well as assisting with the packaging department.

Delivery Duties:

• Safely transport product to customers, adhering to all company and state government regulations.
• Plan and execute daily delivery routes, optimizing efficiency and meeting timetables (up to 8 hours round trip).
• Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and providing exceptional service.
• Meticulously check orders for accuracy and completeness before, during, and after loading the delivery van.
• Maintain compliance of delivery and van at all times
• Securely pack the delivery van to prevent damage to goods during transport.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery.

Packaging Technician Duties (when not on delivery routes):

• Assist with lab or flower product packaging, counting, quality control (QC), and labeling.
• Conduct audits of inventory and packaging processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic understanding of safe driving practices for commercial vans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience level:

• 1 year

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
