PositionSummary :

The ServiceTechnician is responsible for servicing previously installedwindows and doors at customer’s home based on establishedservice ticket requests.

This individual will provide outstandingcustomer service in the course of service repairs, inspections,etc.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

• Visit customerhomes to provide service to installed windows and doors.
• Performnecessary services to gutter protection systems based onlogged service ticket and onsite inspection
• Log servicesperformed in service ticket system accurately and timely
• Proactivelyengage with customers to provide an outstanding customer serviceexperience
• Followestablished job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and companysafety policies and procedures
• Must hold avalid driver's license.
• Performs otherduties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and MinimumQualifications :

• Experience inbasic remodeling, construction, or other related field
• Reliabletruck, van or SUV that can carry ladders
• Functioningtools.
• Ability tojuggle various work activities and shift their attention from onetask to another to meet the demands of different stakeholderswithout dropping the ball .
• Ability tothrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment andhave a roll up your sleeves and today not tomorrow mentality.
• Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehendinformation presented and respond thoughtfully.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter howminute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway tocompletion.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills are required forcommunicating with internal and external parties in a manner thatis both articulate and professional.
• Ability tologically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, findinconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, andengage in reflection.
• Ability toprovide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email,and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer’sneeds at the forefront of every interaction.
• Ability tocommunicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one’sown emotions as well as others, and foster positive workingrelationships across all levels of the organization.
• Holdingoneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing businessgoals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one’s ownactions, performance, and decisions.
• Proficiencyusing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Project, and / or Access).
• Must belegally authorized to work in country of employment withoutsponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills,Abilities or Certifications :

Priorexperience in windows and door installation, repair, orinspection is a plus!!

TravelRequirements :

More than 50%domestic travel required.

Overtime / Additional HoursRequirements :

May berequested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent onbusiness need.
