As a Sales Counselor with a life plan community, you are selling a long-term solution to residents and families. You will have comfort in asking for a sizable investment (entry fee) that covers access to all levels of care within the community, should it become necessary. The sales cycle for Life plan sales is longer, as it is more consultative and relationship based, so patience and persistence are key!
