Manager of Memory Support (LPN) Williamsburg, VA

Do you have a passion for memory care and interest in a building with out a corporate parent company? Leaderstat is seeking a Manager of Memory Support for a Life plan community to oversee the day-to-day operations of nursing care to residents in our Memory Support and Namaste areas.

• Requirements: LPN in the state in Virginia
• 2 years of Management experience preferably in memory support
• Experience in teambuilding, performance expectations and creativity to bring new ideas.

Essential Job Functions :

• Assists in general management and leadership of memory support, oversight and operational management performance.
• Oversees the work of nursing staff, assigns work, trains staff, participates in hiring and evaluating staff, and monitors for professionalism etc.
• Daily rounds for effective communication
• Ensuring all staff responsibilities are completed before the end of shift.
• Maintains possitive and professional relationships with residents, guests and team members.
