In your role here as AL DON:
- You will maintain an active Registered Nursing license in Oregon (RN in OR)
- You will oversee all care provided to senior residents and verify that your staff remain compliant with State and Federal regulations.
- You'll be conscious of the budget and track expenditures to stay within those boundaries.
- You'll also have the opportunity to educate and mentor your team, keeping an eye toward developing promising candidates for future advancement.
- Earning strong pay in the $90K to $110K range (the top end requires a higher degree of experience, stable tenure and a track record of success)
