Responsibilities: - Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Assist with lease preparation and ensure all required documents are properly filed - Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are accurately recorded - Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs - Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating advertisements and managing online listings - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Requirements: - Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members - Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ability to apply them in daily operations - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction - Proficient in computer skills, including experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in the property management industry, we encourage you to apply. Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
