Position: VP, Enterprise Architecture Job Location: NewRez LLC, Coppell, Texas Job Duties: Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices. Partner with various technology leaders and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs. Develop architectural standards and guidelines and govern technology implementations abiding by the standards. Supervise Software Architects, Senior Software Architects, and Principal Software Architects, who evaluate internal functions and system development strategies, suggest recommended improvements, and develop system architecture models to align with the organization’s strategies and goals. Closely interact with business users to identify requirements and make recommendations, as needed. Mentor technical resources to deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in performing architectural analysis and design for systems across company software products portfolio; documenting and communicating designs, estimates, and implementation plans to program stakeholders; writing, editing, debugging, and releasing new computer software programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output; and contributing to the timely, high-quality delivery of customer-facing software projects.
