QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalency; plus Minimum 5 years of experience in Front-end development using React.js and JavaScript as software engineer or any related occupation; Minimum 5 years of experience in reviewing application requirements and interface designs; Minimum 5 years of experience with document application changes and developing updates; Minimum 5 years of experience in understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3; Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts; Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts; Minimum 3 years of experience in writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows; Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and improving front-end performance; and Minimum 1 year of experience with knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use; Work with UI Architects and UX Designers to develop common UI components for PROS UI Pillar framework; Identify and troubleshoot any front-end performance and usability issues; Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the development process and enhance user experience; and Demonstrate an ability to plan and lead as well as think on your feet as necessary.
