About the Account Manager - Google Education Technology K-12: MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for an Account Manager to support our Google Education team based in SLC, UT. The Account Manager engages and grows existing customer relationships through upsell of hardware licenses and cross-sell of software licenses. The ideal candidate is strategic, experienced, forward-thinking and personable. Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid What will you do? Lead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend with the client brand we represent (note client name if we can use the client’s name in the job posting) Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM Build and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership Use data to drive planning and success Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc. What Will You Need to Succeed?
