About the Role The Operations Support Assistant performs administrative and operational support activities including HR-related duties. This position is continuously developing and evolving to ensure an effective support structure for the accomplishment of daily and long-term goals and objectives of the organization. What You’ll Be Doing Works with AMP Leadership to ensure sufficient operational support, resources, etc. Establish work flows, practices and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided for operations Maintains human resource information records and compiles reports from the database via the Workday system Performs benefits administration to include enrollment, change/updates and assists in communicating benefit information to associates Supports recruitment efforts, schedules and conducts new-associate on-boarding and orientation Performs other various duties as assigned What We Expect from You Two or four year degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of three (3) years of related experience Ability to successfully navigate and deliver in a fast paced, changing environment Strong presence and communications skills, and ability to influence at the at all levels of management. Ability to address difficult issues and make tough decisions. Skilled at driving change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk and ensuring compliance. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
