Responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies in our Heat Pump program, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources. Trade Allies include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers of residential Heat Pump program. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… -Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs. - Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base. - Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction. - Perform event planning, coordination, and presentations of programs. - Work to serve as a liaison between customers, contractors, distributors, and manufacturers to enhance program satisfaction. The ability to build, foster and grow strong working relationships with all trade allies is a must. - Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads. - Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs. - Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs. - Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager as well as Field Manager -Ability to actively listen to trade allies and bring that forward to help improve Heat Pump rebate program - Ensure continuous improvement of operations. - Prepare robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals. - Travel throughout the State of Maine on a regular basis. Some overnights may be required.
