Qualified candidates will have :
- 1 years experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated restaurant
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Experience working with French, Mediterranean, and / or European cuisine
- A culinary degree is preferred
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Full Availability; including weekends
