Your major responsibilities:

Provide support to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch. You will work with a team of drivers and warehouse technicians to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:

• Complete 100% of deliveries and/or service activities on scheduled day
• Understand customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision
• Create exceptional customer service interactions with all new and existing customers
• Operates delivery vehicles and runs deliveries safely
• Use handheld device for routing and customer info
• Navigate various routes in all weather conditions
• Depending on service needs for the day, travel between branches may be necessary
• Occasional overnight states may be required (accommodations will be provided)
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
• Assists with equipment preparation/sanitizing.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspection to ensure safeness
• Safely operate forklifts to unload and load delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
