Your major responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and upkeep of various customer accounts daily. This is a vital position within our company. You will play a key part in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely payment collection.
Duties:
- Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and send invoices and account statements to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customer
