SUMMARY :

LCB Senior Living, LLC is a rapidly growing senior housing company. Our corporate office marketing team is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to primarily oversee processes for printed collaterals and paid print advertising.

For this newly created role, we are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent project management ability and superior writing and grammar skills.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is eager to learn and contribute to our growth. This new team member is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adhering to ongoing deadlines while prioritizing new projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Promote the mission and core values of the LCB Senior Living communities to prospects, potential residents, and lead generation sources.
• Oversee the LCB SmartStore, online print collateral site Update users Provide monthly learnings Proofread / review community flyers and other collaterals Coordinate new collateral templates
• Coordinate collateral production process, communicating with designers, writers, decision makers, and printers.
• Coordinate production for signage projects, temporary signs, directional signs, lawn signs, banners, large scale installations and in-community signage or posters for other departments.
• Oversee Print Ad campaigns, collaborating with media buyer, marketing team, and designer to plan and produce artwork for community print ad plans.
• Collaborate with community leadership on communication efforts, including learnings, user updates and troubleshooting with Constant Contact.
• Oversee a quarterly corporate newsletter.
• Basic event coordination and community event tracking.
• Administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking payments.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

Good physical and mental health. Finger and hand dexterity to handle and manipulate instruments and equipment. Visual and auditory acuity.

Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) lbs., and be able to carry objects. Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand.

Should be neat and well groomed. Must be able to type and use a computer. Must project a positive attitude towards the service provided.

Associate is not subject to potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials, and to handling hazardous chemicals (Category 3).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Exceptional written and oral communications skills. Meticulous eye for detail. Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Working knowledge of project management software, such as Teams, Trello, Basecamp, etc. Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Google Drive, including Google Sheets, Google Docs. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but this is not a graphic design position.

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Marketing is a plus.
• Experience : At least one year of relevant work experience or applicable internship experience.
• Certificates / Licenses : Valid driver’s license in the state employed is required.
• Travel : This is a primarily in-person role that requires being in the Norwood, MA office Mon-Thur. with a work from home option on Fridays.

Some work travel required.
