LBR Properties is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to manage the installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings or rental units.
Also must be personally capable of doing repairs in a variety of trades.
Will manage a team of technicians, sub-contractors and regularly inspect work sites.
Also to maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.
Will have on-call responsibilities.
