Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for its contract to provide mechanical operations and maintenance services at the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse 40 Centre Street, NY, NY. Working schedule for this position: Sunday & Monday: 12:00am-8:00am, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm. Hourly pay rate: $44.52 per hour.
Experience / Qualifications:

• The Maintenance Mechanic shall have a minimum of (4) years hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance and general maintenance experience to include basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preventative maintenance. Must have experience handling tenant service calls and providing excellent customer service.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required.
• S-12 Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Sprinkler systems required.
• S-13 Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Standpipe systems required.

Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
