Lazeo Aesthetics is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler Near Chicago, IL

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify patient information and update records in the electronic medical/dental system (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Assist with medical or dental billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage medical records, including filing, scanning, and retrieval
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or Front Desk Receptionist in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical/dental record systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
