Location : On-site (Direct Report to Company Owner) Salary : $18-$20 Per Hour Salary based on experience. Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (with slight flexibility) About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role involves managing accounts payable for 10-50 projects concurrently. Key Responsibilities : Handle all aspects of accounts payable for multiple projects.
Maintain and manage project-related records, including contracts, change orders, and payment certificates. Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively. Regularly report to the company owner, providing insightful financial updates and recommendations.
Ability to manage a large volume of projects with precision and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
