The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. The Supervisor ensures that each customer visit results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

Job Responsibilities
· Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
· Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner
· Maintains a safe, efficient and positive working environment
· Observes and enforces all company policies
· Responsible for food safety, quality, shift cleanliness and shift profitability
· Assists in coordination of shift and assign duties to employees
· Participates in crew and manager meetings
· Assists team members in day to day operations in the restaurant as needed
· Rings on the register
· Manages cash in the registers by balancing drawers, processing voids, and correcting errors
· Prepares food in the back of house using proper sanitation and demonstrated techniques
· Cooks on the fryer
· Upholds standards for food preparation
· Deals with customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
· Delivers food to the customer and meets their needs and requests
· Counts and controls inventory flow through the course of a shift to prevent shortages
· Cleans the kitchen area, lobby, and exterior
Requirements
· Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
· Reliable transportation
· Minimum 18 years of age
· High School Education or equivalent
· 1 year management experience
· 1 year restaurant experience
· Must be a patient, high energy individual, with the ability to proactively plan a shift, yet be able to adapt to changing conditions to maximize sales, and profitability
· Able to use technology for the registers, phones, and tablets
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
· Able to stay on feet for over 8 hours within state guidelines for break periods
· Must be a team player and cooperate with others
· Have a willingness and desire to be trained
· Demonstrate proficiency through standardized evaluation and testing
· Available to work any day of the week
