Lawrence Economic Development Corporation is Hiring a Project Manager Near South Point, OH

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Lawrence Economic Development Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, this role will provide crucial support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the smooth flow of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO to develop project plans, outlining objectives, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenses.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Identify and resolve resource constraints to ensure project success.
  • Address issues and challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
  • Assist with managerial duties of project and agency permits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of project delivery.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, project management tools, and software.
  • Experience in the Construction Field and ACAD is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,570.06 per year
