Law Offices of Ramtin Sadighim is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Encino, CA

Boutique personal injury law firm in Encino is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to manage the litigation department.
Duties:
  • Manage litigated cases from complaint to settlement/trial
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, and briefs
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Attend mediation
- Depositions - clients, defendants, experts
  • Communication with clients and opposing counsel
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
  • 3 years of litigation/trial experience
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to take and defend depositions
  • Experience with legal drafting and litigation procedures for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and all trial motions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Must be proactive and goal orientated
Salary: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
  • Bonus and/or commission opportunity may be available
