Perform any and all clerical duties in a professional office setting (i.e. assist the attorney and/or paralegal, answer telephone, take detail messages, schedule appointments, maintain appointment books, order supplies, assist clients, schedule depositions/meetings/conference calls, file documents, organize files, general filing, check/prepare emails, make copies, document preparation, ability to follow specific instructions, detail oriented, prepare outgoing mail (i.e. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Reg-Certified Mail), check mail daily, willing to receive additional training, etc.
Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, familiar with Scanning documents, attaching scanned documents to email, operate binding machine, operate postage machine, operate typewriter, operate multi-line telephone system, operate calculator, use postage machine, type 35-80 wpm, etc.
Must have at least one (1) year experience; high school Diploma/GED, Associate Degree in information systems/office administration/secretary science, BS degree business administration, Legal Studies and/or paralegal certification)
