**Job Description:**
We are seeking anexperiencedImmigration Case Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration processes and regulations, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including but not limited to family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, asylum applications, and deportation defense cases.
- Conduct client intake interviews to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation with various government agencies.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and gather additional information as needed.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Stay current on changes to immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using immigration case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
