The Law Offices of Bobby P. Luna is a well-established family law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients in Northern California. We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, managing caseloads, and ensuring the efficient operation of our family law practice.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

· Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness

· Coordinate and schedule court appearances, mediations, and client meetings

· Conduct legal research and provide relevant information to attorneys

· Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness coordination

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law paralegal

· Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case management

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Familiarity with family law procedures and court rules in Sacramento County

· Proficiency with legal software (Clio) and Microsoft Office Suite

· Paralegal certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
