Must be a mature self starter with client relation skills and have verbal and written communication skills. Job will require dealing with realtors and attorneys in real estate transactions and handling preparation of statements of sale, closing disclosures, tax prorations, RESPA documents and closing forms such as notes, mortgages, etc. Must be able to do multi-tasking and be a team player. Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include health ins, vacation, holiday's, 401K. Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:00'
