Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technology-savvy Outreach Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines technology mastery with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about connecting with people, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, and adept at using technology to improve client interactions and engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach calls to confirm attendance at upcoming events and track attendance, notifying team members of attendance.
• Engage with non-attendees to understand their needs and encourage them to schedule a session to protect their loved ones, keeping them out of court and in conflict.
• Highlight the importance of estate planning and address client concerns by focusing on pain points related to potential client scenarios.
• Manage rescheduling of appointments for potential clients.
• Perform referral partnership outreach for the firm owner to set up meetings for our partnership programs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM software, Zoho, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Report ROI to the owner and CSuite team on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Case Management Skills.
• Proven experience in outreach and client engagement.
• Enthusiasm for making calls and energizing potential clients about our services.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably Zoho) and Excel.
• Proficiency in using Zoom.
• Proficiency in Google.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be organized and understand prioritization.

Pay: $21.86 - $22.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
