They eliminate headaches with finance and planning and manage over $250 million for their clients. Thanks to their all-in-one financial solution, their customers spend only 1 hour per week monitoring their KPIs on a dashboard, and a dedicated CFO helps them to make all the decisions.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
2 years of Fintech sales experience (full cycle from hunting to closing)
Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in generating leads at conferences, events, tradeshows
Ability to travel domestically 60-80% of the time
Results-driven and proactive sales approach
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Self-starter and works independently with a high degree of motivation
Thrives and stays well organized in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
Preferred qualifications:
Sales background in Fintech SaaS, APIs, Analytics tools
Strong knowledge of the Fintech and Financial Services industry
Book of business with Founders and CFOs
Benefits
Employment type: contract-to-hire
Base compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
OTE (on-target earnings): $100,000 - $150,000 per year (uncapped)
Uncapped commission, paid monthly
Domestic travel and networking at 3-5 tradeshows, conferences, events per month
3-week PTO
Flexible remote work environment (when not traveling)

W2 employment with medical benefits upon reaching Series A funding (approximately 8 months)
Interviewing Process:
Stage 1 - 30-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (General fit)
Stage 2 - 45-min Mock sales presentation with the Founder/CEO (Sales skills assessment)
Stage 3 - 30-min virtual Interview with the Co-founder (Final)
