We are looking for a competent front desk who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. The applicant has FD experience with billing and insurance experience preferred. The applicant will be at the front desk checking patients in and out, answering the phone, and helping the office manager with various task. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic front desk tasks off the Office Managers shoulders. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. Flexible Part-Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Implement systems at the Front Office
• Answer the phone and deliver customer service
• Bill insurance, send claims, and research denials
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
