Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments of patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with procedures such as catheterization and inhalation therapy
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Experience:
- Minimum of one year Registered Nurse experience
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, active IL license or in process
- Associates degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
