Staffing Coordinator Position Summary
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the nursing staff. Their role also includes the following responsibilities:
· Staff the facility at levels determine by the Director of Nursing in accordance with budget.
· Prepare, modify, and distributes nursing schedules.
· Monitor shift changes, attendance and tardiness, time sheets and punches.
· Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or the Administrator.
· Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Staffing Coordinator Requirements
· Current unrestricted LPN license in the applicable state
· 2 years of work experience as a LPN
