As the Facilities Maintenance Apprentice, you will be responsible in assisting the Facilities Director in ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained. Responsible for interior painting and minor wall repairs throughout the facility.

Job specifications (Knowledge, Skills, experience required):

• Relevant work experience (1 years preferred). Willing to train the right person.
• Must be capable of maintaining fulltime attendance.
• Must be available to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must meet all requirements and pass background checks.

Job Type: Full-time
