Residential property management company in the Lake George area looking for general maintenance worker for maintaining private residences in Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties. Experience is a plus but not necessary. This is a great job opportunity for someone just starting a career. Overview:
As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of residential homes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Work will include overtime during busy times of the year. Occasionally there will be weekend work. Holidays are off.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on both interior and exterior parts of residential homes such as sweeping, moving furniture, lawn and flowerbed care, cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid/clean driver's license
